Eje productivo y socio-cultural como potenciador de desarrollo sostenible en el borde paisajístico del centro poblado San Joaquin de Omagua, Nauta, 2023

Abstract

El presente proyecto de Suficiencia Profesional tiene como objetivo proponer el diseño de un eje productivo y socio-cultural en el borde paisajístico del Centro Poblado San Joaquín de Omagua como potenciador de desarrollo sostenible, ya que existe una problemática de planificación de sus bordes y paisajes, que viene siendo afectada por el crecimiento poblacional informal en zonas periurbanas trayendo consigo la perdida en la relación e interacción con su entorno natural que los rodea. El proyecto se realiza con la intención de impulsar sus fortalezas productivas, turísticas, culturales y naturales, mantener viva la identidad cultural en el pasar de los tiempos todo esto teniendo en cuenta desde una intervención a escala macro para todo el centro poblado en el cual se propone zonificación de los equipamientos de usos públicos, futuras áreas productivas y expansión, etc. En la intervención del proyecto se plantea una propuesta espacial y funcional ubicada en el borde del centro poblado frente al Río amazonas , aplicando las estrategias urbanísticas planteadas en la investigación donde se concibe, equipamientos tales como, el embarcadero, que será el principal activador de comercio y turismo conectada con las galerías feriales, que serán aquellos puestos itinerantes comerciales acorde a la realidad de la comunidad y con respecto a la difusión cultural se propone un centro de interpretación cultural con la idea de difundir su gastronomía, artesanía, vestimenta, su lengua y lo que representa la cultura Omagua; con el Centro de Gestión Social “tambo” se busca brindar servicios estatales como RENIEC, SUNAP , etc. para el libre acceso de las personas de la comunidad sin la necesidad de recorrer grandes distancias para acceder a estos servicios; además se contará con espacios que promoverán el turismo, como el Centro de Visitantes, el mirador turístico, jardín botánico y otras áreas de esparcimiento para el disfrute de todos con la finalidad de aprovechar los recursos que nos ofrece el centro poblado en beneficio de la población.

The objective of this Professional Sufficiency project is to propose the design of a productive and socio-cultural axis on the landscape edge of the San Joaquín de Omagua Population Center as an enhancer of sustainable development, since there is a problem of planning its edges and landscapes, that has been affected by the informal population growth in peri-urban areas, bringing with it the loss in the relationship and interaction with their natural environment that surrounds them. The project is carried out with the intention of promoting its productive, tourist, cultural and natural strengths, keeping the cultural identity alive in the passing of time, all this taking into account from an intervention on a macro scale for the entire populated center in which it is located. proposes zoning of public use facilities, future productive areas and expansion, etc. In the intervention of the project, a spatial and functional proposal is proposed, located on the edge of the populated center in front of the Amazon River, applying the urban strategies proposed in the research where it is conceived, equipment such as the pier, which will be the main activator of trade. and tourism connected with the fair galleries, which will be those itinerant commercial stalls according to the reality of the community and with respect to cultural diffusion, a cultural interpretation center is proposed with the idea of disseminating its gastronomy, crafts, clothing, its language and what the Omagua culture represents; With the "tambo" Social Management Center, the aim is to provide state services such as RENIEC, SUNAP, etc. for the free access of people in the community without the need to travel long distances to access these services; In addition, there will be spaces that will promote tourism, such as the Visitors Center, the tourist viewpoint, botanical garden and other recreational areas for the enjoyment of all in order to take advantage of the resources offered by the populated center for the benefit of the population. .
