Abstract: El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar el nivel de desarrollo psicomotor en niños con antecedentes de prematuridad, usuarios del PRITE de Punchana; Iquitos 2023; de acuerdo al tipo de investigación y población estudiada ,no fue necesario el cálculo del tamaño de la muestra, se usó el muestreo no probabilístico siendo un total de 104 estudiantes varones y mujeres ; con una metodología cuantitativa, no experimental, de corte transversal; esta investigación requirió de hipótesis a pesar de ser de estudio descriptivo; Se utilizó la escala de evaluación psicomotora EEDP; los resultados fueron: los usuarios del Prite Punchana presentan retraso del desarrollo psicomotor en un 55.77% siendo más frecuente en varones con un 59.02% ;se observa también mayor frecuencia de usuarios con antecedentes de prematuridad moderada en un 59.02%; Con relación al indicador de desarrollo motor, el 56.72% de los menores se encuentran en el nivel de riesgo, siendo los varones con 59.02% con mayor frecuencia, el indicador de desarrollo social nuestra que el 69.23% de los usuarios se encuentran en el nivel de retraso, siendo los varones con 70.49% con mayor frecuencia; Con relación al indicador del desarrollo del lenguaje el 77.88% de los usuarios presentan un nivel de retraso, siendo los varones con un 86.56% con mayor frecuencia en este nivel; finalmente el indicador del desarrollo de la coordinación nuestra que el 57.68% de los niños y niñas se encuentran en el nivel de riesgo, siendo las mujeres con 60.47% con mayor frecuencia.
