Estudio de la recaudación tributaria del impuesto predial en la Municipalidad Provincial de Maynas, año 2017

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como problema general: ¿Cuál es el comportamiento de los ingresos tributarios por impuesto predial de la Municipalidad Provincial de Maynas, periodo 2011-2016? Los objetivos específicos: a) determinar la participación que tienen los ingresos por impuesto predial en el presupuesto de ingresos totales de la Municipalidad; b) describir la participación que tienen los ingresos por impuesto predial en los ingresos tributarios de la Municipalidad; c) determinar el grado de atención que perciben los usuarios sobre el servicio administrativo al momento de pagar sus tributos. La metodología comprendió una población formada por las personas que han realizado o tomado servicios administrativos de pago del impuesto predial año 2017; la muestra fue de 386 personas. Los resultados de la investigación señalan que los ingresos tributarios por impuesto predial recibidos por la Municipalidad Provincial de Maynas en el año 2016 fue el de mayor recaudación que en el 2013, la misma que se ha ido recuperando lentamente en el año 2015 y 2016.

The present investigation has as a general problem: What is the behavior of property tax revenues of the Provincial Municipality of Maynas, 2011-2016 period? The specific objectives: a) determine the participation of property tax revenues in the total revenue budget of the Municipality; b) describe the participation of property tax revenues in the tax revenue of the Municipality; c) determine the degree of attention that users receive on the administrative service when paying their taxes. The methodology included a population formed by people who have performed or taken administrative services to pay the property tax for 2017; The sample was 386 people. The results of the investigation indicate that the tax revenue from property tax received by the Provincial Municipality of Maynas in 2016 was the highest collection that in 2013, the same that has been slowly recovering in 2015 and 2016.
