Abstract

Importancia de la Estimulación Temprana realizada en neonatos pretérmino del servicio de neonatología del Hospital Regional de Loreto, durante el año 2020¨ tema que tuvo como objetivo general Determinar la importancia de la aplicación de la estimulación temprana en neonatos pretérminos en el Servicio de Neonatología del Hospital Regional de Loreto, durante el año 2020. Como objetivos específicos Establecer el registro de neonatos pretérmino vivos hospitalizados en el servicio de neonatología del Hospital Regional de Loreto durante el año 2020 que requirieron de estimulación temprana, Determinar el grado de prematuridad en los recién nacidos prematuros del HRL durante el año 2020, Detallar los efectos de la estimulación temprana en neonatos pretérmino, Identificar los beneficios de la estimulación temprana en neonatos pretérmino del HRL, Determinar el grado de conocimiento materno sobre la estimulación temprana en neonatos, Identificar cambios existentes en el peso antes de la aplicación de la estimulación temprana y posterior a esta. Se trabajó con una población de 50 recién nacidos prematuros, tiene un enfoque cualitativo, El método de recolección de datos fue a través de una encuesta dirigida a las madres de los prematuros, la observación directa de los neonatos y la exploración física de cada uno de los mismos. Los resultados de la investigación determinaron que: El 86,6% de los neonatos a los que se le aplico la estimulación temprana se obtuvieron MUY BUENOS resultados evitando las deformidades, formación de escaras, malas posturas y mejorando los reflejos de succión – deglución obteniendo como resultados que la Estimulación si influye y ayuda a la pronta recuperación, desarrollo y maduración neuronal y de los neonatos prematuros del servicio de neonatología del Hospital Regional de Loreto.

We worked with a population of 50 premature newborns, it has a qualitative approach, the method of data collection was through a survey directed to the mothers of the premature, the direct observation of the newborns and the physical examination of each one of them. the same. The results of the investigation determined that: 86.6% of the neonates to whom early stimulation was applied obtained VERY GOOD results, avoiding deformities, formation of bedsores, poor posture and improving suction-swallowing reflexes, obtaining as results that the Stimulation does influence and help the early recovery, development and neuronal maturation and of the premature neonates of the neonatology service of the Regional Hospital of Loreto.
