Clima organizacional en docentes de la I.E.P.S.M. “Sta. María del Amazonas”, Punchana – 2023

Abstract

El estudio tuvo como objetivo: Determinar el clima organizacional en docentes de la I.E.P.S.M. “Sta. María del Amazonas” del distrito de Punchana durante el año 2023. Fue de tipo descriptivo, no experimental y el diseño específico descriptivo transversal. Delimitada por 30 docentes, y la muestra la conformaron el 100% de la población y seleccionada de forma no aleatoria intencionada. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta/cuestionario. Los resultados muestran que; Existe un Clima Organizacional regular docentes que laboran en la I.E.P.S.M. en estudio.

The objective of the study was: To determine the organizational climate in teachers of the I.E.P.S.M. "Sta. María del Amazonas" of the district of Punchana during the year 2023. The study was descriptive, non-experimental and the specific cross-sectional descriptive design. Delimited by 30 teachers, and the sample consisted of 100% of the population and was selected in a non-random and intentional way. The technique used was the survey/questionnaire. The results show that; There is a regular Organizational Climate among teachers working at the I.E.P.S.M. under study.
