It has as main problem what are the activities of internal control to reduce the risks in their business operations, administrative and financial that is performed by the Mypes of the city of Iquitos, period 2018? Its specific objectives are to analyze the activities of internal control: their business operations, their administrative operations, in its financial operations. Their results indicate that the prices of goods there are some increments (43.0%) and strong increase (29.35%). In transactions with the wholesale suppliers, occur to new conditions (54.9%), there were no changes (36.0%). There are not new providers (67.9%), and they are appearing new providers (16.2%). There are strong changes in the prices (51.3%) payment to the means of transport, and there are increases in prices (37.8%). There are not new means of cargo transport (45.1%), they have seemed to some new means of transportation (39.1%). In the purchase transactions of customers exhibit strong changes (53.6%), and some changes (30.3%). About the payment, there are new forms of payment (60.6%), and the same forms of payment (16.8%). Products present some new features (38.9%), and many new features (22.5%). Incorporated new technologies many (53.1%) and some (37.3%). It will require new capabilities (47.95), and the same (35.0%).
