Diseño de un colegio de alto rendimiento ecológico en la ciudad de nauta en el año 2021

Abstract

La Educación es muy importante para el desarrollo de un país y es necesario invertir en un sistema educativo de alta calidad. Un COAR es un colegio de alto rendimiento que ayuda a los estudiantes a desarrollar su alto potencial para que de esa manera formen personas capaces de contribuir al desarrollo de su país. Perú no es ajeno a este sistema educativo ya que siguió ejemplos de otros países para la implementación de este prototipo de colegios, y gracias a la demanda los COAR se implementaron de manera rápida en diferentes regiones del país, sin embargo, se encuentran ubicados en locales provisionales que varían de acuerdo a cada gestión tal es el caso de la región Loreto que siendo una región muy extensa solo cuenta con un COAR que se ubica en la ciudad de Iquitos, compartiendo instalaciones con el SUB CAFAE. La presente Investigación muestra aspectos importantes a tener en cuenta para el desarrollo de un COAR con el objetivo principal: Diseñar un Colegio de Alto Rendimiento Ecológico en la ciudad de Nauta en el año 2021, con la finalidad de satisfacer las necesidades de Educación de alta calidad e Infraestructura para los estudiantes con capacidades especiales que asegure las condiciones de habitabilidad mediante una arquitectura sostenible que brinde confort perseverando el medio ambiente. Las Fortalezas de Implementar un COAR en la Ciudad de Nauta son favorables con un peso ponderado total de 1.74, contra 0.81 de las debilidades (determinando que en su conjunto los valores internos son favorables con un total ponderado de 2.55), las oportunidades tienen un peso ponderado total de 1.51, contra 1.12 de las amenazas; determinando que las oportunidades son favorables frente a las amenazas y que la media entre estos hace un total de 2.63. Nauta es la capital de la provincia de Loreto es una ciudad con mucho potencial y gracias a su ubicación es un punto estratégico para la conexión de diferentes ciudades y pueblos cercanos debido a que cuenta con dos tipos de accesos, vía fluvial y terrestre.

This Research shows important aspects to take into account for the development of a COAR with the main objective: Design a High Performance Ecological School in the city of Nauta in the year 2021, in order to satisfy the needs of high quality Education and Infrastructure for students with special abilities that ensures living conditions through sustainable architecture that provides comfort while preserving the environment. The Strengths of Implementing a COAR in the City of Nauta are favorable with a total weighted weight of 1.74, against 0.81 of the weaknesses (determining that as a whole the internal values are favorable with a weighted total of 2.55), the opportunities have a weight weighted total of 1.51, against 1.12 of the threats; determining that the opportunities are favorable compared to the threats and that the average between these makes a total of 2.63. Nauta is the capital of the province of Loreto, it is a city with a lot of potential and thanks to its location it is a strategic point for the connection of different cities and nearby towns due to the fact that it has two types of accesses, waterway and land.
