The objective of the research is: To determine the relationship between the institutional climate and the teaching performance of 5th year high school students from the Secada Vignetta Institution in the Iquitos district, during the year 2021. The research was descriptive-conditional, non-experimental design, transactional to correlational. The population is made up of 28 high school students from the FAP Institution, Francisco Secada Vignetta and ours was made up of 100 % of the population, that is, the 28 students. The selection of the sample was non-random pre-convenience, the data resolution technique was the survey for both variables and the instrument was the questionnaire. For the analysis of the information, descriptive statistics were used for the study of each variable and statistics, influencing the parametric chic square (x2) for the demonstration of the hypothesis, the results show that Xc2 = 7.03 x2 t = 3.841, gl = 1, p 0.05% the research hypothesis: there is a relationship between institutional climate and teaching performance in 5th year high school students of the FAP Educational Institution, Francisco Secada Vignetta from the Iquitos district, during the year 2021.
