Abstract

La presente investigación se encuentra en el rubro comercial de equipo de protección para la vida y la salud, que debe tener toda persona tanto natural y jurídica. Se busca satisfacer las necesidades de protección personal para evitar lesiones o enfermedades que están expuestos las personas. Nuestro mercado a brindar nuestros productos esta direccionado en una primera etapa para las pequeñas empresas de nuestra ciudad. Los epps, en la actualidad son requisitos indispensables para todo rubro en el trabajo teniendo una gran demanda en el mercado local en las edades de 14 a 65 años, tal como indica la Ley N° 31246 que modifica la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para garantizar los medios y condiciones que protejan la vida, la salud y el bienestar de los trabajadores, indistintamente de su régimen y modalidad laboral. La fuente de aprovisionamiento de nuestros productos, serán directamente, adquiridos en la ciudad de Lima; se ha establecido contacto con 3 proveedores. En cuanto a la estructura organizacional de la empresa será una micro empresa, estará en el régimen de PYMES, y los trabajadores contaran con todos los beneficios establecidos. En el marco económico y financiero, el VAN es de S/151.489.32, y el TIR de S/ 155,990.41.
