The growth and need for nationwide cellular service is the key for many companies and people to be able to communicate, coordinate and make decisions based on the information available at that time. For this reason, telecommunications companies must use new technological resources in their business processes in order to raise their levels of service, competitiveness, innovation and improve their interactions with their customers and suppliers. As a result of this technological need that we have in today's world, the installation of cellular antennas in rural areas to expand coverage has increased. For this reason, operational errors in management, bottlenecks in the derivation of faults and other deficiencies that reduce the SLAs in the management and fault response processes of rural cellular stations nationwide were identified. For this reason, it was decided to provide a solution with the implementation of a web manager that integrates and automates the alarm management process, providing a simple and fast interface to facilitate the efficient performance of the tasks of the Management Center operators. For the development of the web solution, an architecture based on Premise computing services was designed, integrated with components from the various systems of the company's multivendor managers, as well as the use of NET Core frameworks and programming on the Python platform for project coding. The development of this solution was carried out following the agile Scrum work methodology. After the implementation of the web manager, it was possible to improve the time in locating affected elements and reduce the operating times of the breakdown reporting process in an efficient and effective way, reducing bottlenecks, which increased the rate of attention within the time periods regulated by other operators and the national regulatory.
