Be Natural is a hair care brand owned by Life Beauty Corporation in the Peruvian cosmetics sector. This brand represents 34% of the company's total sales and offers more than 10 product lines, including shampoo, conditioner, and treatments, among others. This professional sufficiency work focuses on the development and growth of Be Natural, with the main objective of increasing sales and market share in the segment of women aged 25 to 35. To achieve this, a SWOT analysis was conducted, identifying strengths such as its presence in over 15 countries and availability in various modern sales channels. Some weaknesses were also noted, including the lack of a differentiating ingredient compared to other brands and limited brand recognition. In this context, the launch of a new line is proposed, with the main innovation being the use of centella asiatica as a key ingredient, which will allow it to stand out from the competition. Additionally, as a communication strategy, a summer campaign is planned to highlight UV-filtered heat protectants and detanglers. To improve brand recognition, Braille code will be incorporated into Be Natural's product packaging. The estimated investment will be S/ 5,997,784.45. The results of the economic evaluation are positive, with a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/. 2,340,369 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 23.97%.
