Road infrastructure, traffic signalization, and signage play a crucial role in managing intersections with high vehicular and pedestrian congestion, especially in areas adjacent to shopping centers where the frequency of vehicles and pedestrians is elevated. This study aimed to develop a traffic simulation model to enable harmonious transitability at the unsignalized intersections adjacent to the Portal La Molina Shopping Center, located in La Molina, Lima, using Synchro V.10 software. This is a descriptive, non-experimental study conducted in the field. The use of Synchro 10 software allowed for the evaluation of the initial level of service and the level of service after implementing a proposal that encompassed all important aspects, such as traffic signal cycles, strategic signage placement, improved circulation for both pedestrians and vehicles, and a reduction in congestion from level F to levels B and C, with a delay time reduced to more than 20 seconds.
