The professional sufficiency work aims to characterize cases of multicentric type B lymphoma in dogs treated in a veterinary oncology clinic during the year 2023, located in the Surco district, South Lima. 30 clinical histories were collected taking into account the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data were analyzed through a descriptive cross-sectional retrospective research, among the most relevant findings of canines with multicentric type B lymphoma were: Senior patients (> 7 years) (63.3%), females (53.3%), small size (< 14 kg) (56.7%), purebred (70%) and neutered reproductive status (60%). The majority presented lymph node enlargement (100%) and weight loss (36.7%). At the blood level, anemia (33.3%), thrombocytopenia (26.7%), ALP (33.3) and AST (26.7%) were evident. At the ultrasound level, the most common findings were lymph node disease (100%) and neoplastic splenopathy (60%). Likewise, the majority of canines were in stage IV (70%) with a survival rate of (20%) and remission of (23.3%).
