The purpose of the development of this research project is to improve the productivity of the company, since it is one of the main problems that it presents in various companies in the construction sector, especially in companies that offer products made of concrete such as posts, accessory of posts, blocks, etc. Low productivity compared to the sector is a problem that directly affects the efficiency and income of companies nationwide. Therefore, in this research work, the Lean Manufacturing tool will be applied with the objective of reducing costs, increasing productivity, reducing penalties for delay, increasing competitiveness. In other words, the problem to be detailed is low productivity, which is generated by various causes such as poor plant distribution, damaged molds and lack of maintenance. These causes generate delays in delivery times and machine stoppages, which affect the productivity of the plant. Therefore, for this problem, a solution model was designed using Lean Manufacturing tools, such as SLP, Standardization, Autonomous Maintenance and preventive maintenance tools, which helped reduce the low productivity that the company had. The use of the tools helped reduce defective products by 15.29%, pole maintenance time by 12.3%, OEE average of 80.27% and machine downtime by 24.59%. Finally, with implementation, the company was able to save an average of S/.126000 in costs.
