The topic developed is the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5 S, TPM and standard work to increase efficiency in a hydrobiological products processing company. The objective of the research is to implement a solution model based on Engineering tools, such as Lean Manufacturing and TPM, to increase efficiency in the Pota cutting area. Taking into consideration that the 5S methodology will be used as a basis, it is equally necessary to emphasize that it seeks to implement continuous improvement and a change in the organizational culture in the company aimed at the development of inductive protocols and a strict order of compliance with quality standards. The implementation of this solution model is justified by the problems that the company where the research is carried out today presents, highlighting a bottleneck in the cutting area due to the low efficiency of raw materials related to labor and equipment, generating purchase orders not satisfied by customers.
