The aim of this paper is to provide an annotated translation of the scientific article titled Wearable Digital Health Technologies for Monitoring in Cardiovascular Medicine addressed to cardiology specialists and published by The New England Journal of Medicine. In order to achieve this objective, the lexical-semantic, morphosyntactic and stylistic-pragmatic difficulties encountered when translating the aforementioned article will be identified and analyzed.
