The research focuses on the growing importance of sustainable fashion, its environmental impact, and the influence of electronic word-of-mouth on purchasing decisions. The relationship between the fashion symbol and purchasing intention is reinforced by consumer mindset consistency, while brand image directly influences this intention. Convenience stands out as a key factor, driving behavior and confidence in sustainable fashion. Social value gains relevance with increasing environmental awareness, manifested in buying patterns and the need for more sustainable practices. The quantitative methodology involves surveys of 400 individuals who have purchased sustainable fashion at least four times, using a structural equation modeling (SEM) statistical model and Smart PLS software to analyze the information. This approach will provide a detailed understanding of the factors influencing purchasing decisions in the context of sustainable fashion.
