Financial leasing is a crucial tool for business growth, as it facilitates access to assets and enhances company liquidity. However, at the end of the leasing period, there may be various delays and cumbersome processes involved in transferring the asset. Therefore, this professional proficiency project aims to optimize the vehicle transfer process within a financial institution. The proposal focuses on identifying and reducing inefficiencies that affect both internal and external processing times. Through a combined approach using the seven wastes and BPMN, the objective is to improve operational efficiency and process flow. Initially, the main causes of delay, such as document approval and accounting validation, were identified, establishing clear objectives to reduce times and improve service quality. Furthermore, the application of SQL reports and value analysis of suppliers enables a restructuring of the workflow. The results show a significant reduction in processing times, in compliance with current regulations. Finally, both economic and non-economic impacts were analyzed, demonstrating financial feasibility, as well as improvements in customer satisfaction and staff well-being. This project can serve as a reference for other institutions facing similar challenges, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.
