The main objective of this research was to understand the quality of nursing care frompatient satisfaction in primary health care in the context of the covid-19 pandemic in the Lambayeque region during the year 2020. This study used a mixed approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. In the quantitative part, we worked with a sample of 330 adult patients who received care in health centers in the region. For data collection, a survey was used based on the SERVQUAL questionnaire that measures service quality. The results revealed that 63% of respondents expressed dissatisfaction with the care provided by nursing staff. In the qualitative part, interviews were carried out with 10 randomly selected nursing professionals. The responses obtained in these interviews allowed us to characterize the quality of nursing care from the perspective of the patients cared for. The opinions of the participants are closely related to the experience of care received, which suggests that the quality of nursing care during the covid-19 pandemic in primary care constituted a critical area of dissatisfaction. In conclusion, the research reveals notable patient dissatisfaction with the quality of nursing care in primary care during the covid-19 health crisis, indicating the urgent need to implement improvements in the care and training of nursing staff. to raise the quality of service.
