This paper will present a proposal to optimize the supply chain through the Just In Time methodology for the solution of logistical problems faced by the company Importadora Missi S.A.C., the leading company in the marketing of original imported toys, with a wide portfolio of wholesalers that allow it to distribute its products nationwide and also through its own stores. Three solution alternatives were developed to find the most viable proposal according to the market needs, the proposal to implement the Just In Time Methodology (JIT) is the one that has the most benefits to solve the problem the company is facing. At the methodological level, the research is developed under a qualitative approach due to the case study design and research question. For the development of the object of study, a semi-structured interview and document review of the company were used to collect information. In the application of the most viable solution according to the company's needs, the Just in Time (JIT) methodology was used, where the purpose is to improve inventory management, storage and increase the company's profitability.
