Currently, the trade in hydraulic equipment has become a key factor for the mining sector due to the increase in equipment investments, which is why it is essential to provide adequate planning and logistical control in order to prevent a negative impact on efficiency and efficiency of mining operations. The objective of this work is to propose an improvement in the logistics processes of a hydraulic equipment distribution company in order to increase the level of service offered, which is measured with the Perfect Order indicator. For this purpose, an improvement model based on the Lean Logistics methodology is designed, which is introduced step by step according to the concepts established and previously analyzed through a literature review, each step uses the tools: 5S - ABC, standardized work and EOQ. Through applied research, the findings demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed methodology. As a result, it was possible to reduce defective products by 10.35%, errors in documentation by 10.32% and orders delivered out of time by 24.04%, which finally contributed to the increase of the Perfect Order metric (Level of service) in a 22.25%. The improvements obtained in this case study are consistent with the literature review, so the applicability of the proposal for improving the level of service can be validated
