This work of professional proficiency proposes a tool-based inventory management model to optimize operational efficiency and profitability in a company dedicated to the installation of HVAC metal ducts. The research is structured in four chapters: the first addresses the context of the company and the theoretical framework of the key concepts, while the second delves into the diagnosis of inventory management problems, specifically in the delays in the supply of raw materials and the lack of coordination between sales and production areas. factors that have affected the level of service and generated economic losses. In the third chapter, the solution proposal is developed, implementing an inventory management model that includes a frequent stock review system, the reorder point, the economic lot size (EOQ), Kanban boards, use of S&OP and the classification of products according to the ABC system. Finally, in the fourth chapter, the results of the simulation in Arena are presented, showing how the proposed modifications would improve the level of customer service, reduce losses due to stock-outs and increase the profitability of the company. The results show that tool integration is a viable strategy to ensure continuous supply and optimize demand response in the HVAC sector.
