Grupo Ascencio is a hardware company located in the city of Guadalajara in the country of México. It offers services related to engineering projects, distribution of hardware and plumbing products, as well as being responsible for the sale of electrical and lighting materials. The reason why Grupo Ascencio was selected as the object of study is due to deficiencies in the area of Human Resources. The company faces staff turnover in the operational area. Some causes of staff turnover were identified, such as the lack of clarity in their functions and/or activities they perform, inadequate working conditions, non-competitive compensation and lack of opportunities for professional development. The departure of employees generates additional costs associated with the processes of recruiting, hiring and training employees; in addition to discomfort and uncertainty among workers. Due to the situation described, the authors of this present research will present three alternative solutions, in order to evaluate them and select the most viable and efficient alternative for the company.
