The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between organizational culture and organizational justice in administrative teleworkers in Metropolitan Lima during the pandemic, as well as to analyze differences between both variables according to the sex of the workers. A quantitative study was developed, with an empirical approach and an associative strategy with correlational and comparative design. The sample consisted of 121 workers (67% women and 33% men) aged between 21 and 50 years (M = 29, SD = 7.58). To evaluate the variables, the Peruvian version of the Denison Organizational Culture Survey (DOCS) and the Organizational Justice Scale (EJOC) were used. As a result, it was found that all the dimensions of culture presented positive and significant correlations with organizational justice. Among them, the highest correlations found were participation in terms of culture and procedural in the justice variable. In relation to the differences by sex, it was found that men scored higher in the organizational culture mission dimension and in information justice than women. The findings show the importance of taking into consideration aspects related to how the organizational culture is perceived in the companies, since this may be associated with a greater perception of justice in workers in the context of teleworking.
