AC, as a methodological strategy, emphasizes the performance of the student, who, due to his social characteristics and his continuous need for interaction, does not learn alone, but requires the participation of others because his activities as a person they are mediated by the action of others. Hence, the purpose of this research was to demonstrate that the various situations created in CL-based classrooms reach a higher level of efficacy and arouse a greater predisposition and motivation for learning mathematics than the activities planned within the learning framework. individualistic. The results achieved within the framework of the quantitative approach are the following: it was found that the coefficient of determination, represented by the R2, reached a value of 0.757, showing, therefore, that the CA presents a 76% incidence in the development of the ability to solve problems in the students of the 2nd year of the selected IE in the Region Callao – 2017.
