The objective of this research work is to analyze the relationship that exists between self-esteem, emotional intelligence and the academic performance of the students of educational institutions N°2031 Comas 2019. The type of research was non-experimental and a correlational design was used. . The test consisted of 120 third-year high school students under 18 years of age. Tools used include quantitative content analysis, observation sheets, standardized tests, and electronic documents such as checklists. (Hernández 2006, p. 261). The study showed that the self-esteem variable was well accepted by 62% of the students, the emotional intelligence variable by 37.9% of the students, and the professional performance variable by 37.9% of the students. . 43.3% of the population agreed with it. The correlation shows a Spearman coefficient similar to 0.719. A p-value or sig study is performed to test the hypothesis. Asymptotic (two-sided) = 0.01, which is less than 0.05; Therefore, the null hypothesis is refuted and therefore Ha is admitted. Correlation was observed, resulting in a Spearman coefficient equal to 0.652. To test a hypothesis, it is necessary to analyze the p-values or sigs. Asymptotic (two-sided) = 0.010, which is less than 0.05, therefore, the alternative conjecture H2 is accepted, so H0 is rejected. An acceptable correlation can be observed, giving a Spearman coefficient equal to 0.711. A p-value or sig analysis is performed to test the hypothesis. Asymptotic (two-sided) = 0.010, which is less than 0.05, so the alternative hypothesis H3 is accepted, so H0 is rejected. It leads to the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis H3 and the rejection of the null hypothesis H0.
