The objective of this research work is to address the problem of school coexistence through the development of an interdisciplinary learning project, to check if its application improves coexistence. The population was the students of the first grade of secondary education of the Experimental School of Application of the Enrique Guzmán y Valle National University of Education (CEAUNE). Research with a quantitative approach, explanatory type, quasi-experimental design, theoretical and empirical methods were applied, collecting data through a questionnaire. The statistical work led us to the following results: Interdisciplinary Learning Projects significantly influence gender equity in students (Pretest: z = -2.180 and p>0.01, Average Range GE= 25.67 lower than the Average Range of CG = 35.33; Posttest: z = -4.949 and p<0.01, GE average rank = 41.32 greater than CG average rank = 19.68). Interdisciplinary Learning Projects significantly influence the prevention of bullying in students (Pretest: z = -1.266 and p>0.01, GE average range = 28.10 lower than CG average range = 32.90; Posttest: z = -1.938 and p<0.01, EG average range = 38.15 greater than CG average range = 30.85). Interdisciplinary Learning Projects significantly influence the tolerance towards cultural, ethnic and physical differences in students (Pretest: z = -1.852 and p>0.01, GE average range = 26.52 lower than CG average range = 34, 48; Posttest: z = -6.088 and p<0.01, GE average rank = 44.00 greater than CG average rank = 17.00). As a final conclusion, interdisciplinary learning projects have a significant influence on improving school coexistence.
