The objective of this research work was the present study entitled Working Conditions, Work Stress and Satisfaction Labor of the teaching staff of the Educational Institutions of the district of Matucana, UGEL 15 of Huarochirí, Lima, 2017, had as its main problem: What is the relationship between working conditions, job stress and job satisfaction employment of teaching staff? The main objective was to establish the relationship that exists between working conditions, job stress and intrinsic job satisfaction of the staff. The hypothesis was raised: There is a significant relationship between the working conditions, job stress and job satisfaction of teachers. The The research applied the hypothetical-deductive method, of a basic descriptive type, design not experimental, correlational, multivariate had the participation of 66 teachers, through who were evaluated using three instruments built based on the three variables, dimensions and corresponding indicators, using as statistical statistician of linear regression and it was found that: There is a significant relationship between the conditions of work, work stress and job satisfaction of the teaching staff of the institutions schools of the Matucana district, UGEL 15 of Huarochirí, Lima, 2017. (F = 8915,934 and p-value (sig.) equal to zero, is less than = 0.05 (5%). Also, according to the correlation of Pearson's r = 0.998 (X1*Y), there is a very high positive relationship between the variables working conditions and job satisfaction, that is, the better the conditions of work will also be greater job satisfaction; on the other hand, according to the correlation of r Pearson = -0.804 (X2*Y) there is a very high negative relationship between the stress variables work and job satisfaction, that is, the greater the job stress, the lower the work satisfaction.
