The objective of this research work is to study the problem: What is the relationship between stress levels and learning of students at the School of Officers of the National Police of Peru, Lima headquarters, 2014? The study population consisted of 135 students from the School of Officers of the National Police of Peru, Lima headquarters, in 2014. Two questionnaires were administered, using a correlational design, to 77 students, through a probability sampling with proportional allocation. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between the personal dimension of stress and learning of students at the School of Officers of the National Police of Peru, Lima headquarters, 2014, because the value obtained through the Pearson r coefficient (r = 0.852) is located in the rejection region and, therefore, the null hypothesis is not accepted and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. In this same context, there is a significant relationship between the socio-environmental dimension of stress and student learning, because the value obtained through Pearson's r coefficient (r = 0.848). In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between stress levels and student learning at the National Police Officers' School of Peru, Lima headquarters, 2014, because the descriptive statistics data show high percentages and the inferential statistics, through Pearson's r coefficient (r = 0.850), confirms the correlation.
