This research was carried out in order to determine if it was possible to verify the relationship between self-esteem, social skills and employability in students of the SENCICO Technical Superior School of Lima, 2018.For this purpose, a study with a quantitative approach was proposed since the results were statistically processed, the type of research was substantive or basic, and the study design was non-experimental, cross- sectional and descriptive-correlational. The research population was made up of all the students from the different specialties who graduated in the second semester of 2018. A sample made up of 80 students graduated from the SENCICO Technical School of Lima, 2018, selected by sampling “non-probabilistic” of a criterial or opinion type. As instruments, the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Questionnaire, a Questionnaire on Social Skills and a Questionnaire on Employability were applied. These instruments were dichotomous type questionnaires, Likert scale and options questionnaire. The questionnaires used were previously and duly subjected to validity and reliability studies. Validity was determined by applying the “expert judgment” method and its reliability was determined by Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient. The application of the instruments has provided us with numerical data, which statistically processed have allowed us to verify the hypotheses formulated, which established a direct and significant relationship between the variables of the investigation. The statistical processing was carried out with the SPSS version 22 statistical program and the Spearman Correlation was used to verify the hypotheses raised. The conclusions of the case were established and the respective recommendations were formulated.
