La oratoria y la persuasión en la gestión municipal del distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho, 2019

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue el tema de la investigación es “La oratoria y la persuasión en la gestión municipal del distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho 2019”. Optó por el enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental de tipo básico, empleó como diseño el esquema correlacional y transversal; utilizó 50 clientes de distintas edades como muestra, quienes respondieron a dos cuestionarios. El coeficiente Rho de Spearman ,613 indicó una correlación positiva moderada con un nivel de significancia 0,000, menor que 0,05, rechazando la hipótesis nula y aceptando la hipótesis alterna. Para la hipótesis específica 1, el coeficiente Rho de Spearman ,632 señaló un nivel de correlación positiva moderada con un nivel de significancia 0,000 menor que 0,05, rechazando la hipótesis nula y aceptando la hipótesis alterna. Para la hipótesis específica 2, el coeficiente Rho de Spearman ,613 determinó una correlación positiva moderada con un nivel de significancia 0,000 menor que 0,05, rechazando la hipótesis nula y aceptando la hipótesis alterna. Para la hipótesis específica 3, el coeficiente Rh de Spearman ,618 estableció una correlación positiva moderada con un nivel de significancia 0,000 menor que 0,05, rechazando la hipótesis nula y aceptando la hipótesis alterna. Para la hipótesis específica 4, el coeficiente Rho de Spearman ,612 señaló una correlación positiva moderada con un nivel de significancia 0,000 menor que 0,05, rechazando la hipótesis nula y aceptando la hipótesis alterna. Concluyó. Existe correlación positiva moderada entre la oratoria persuasiva y la gestión municipal en el Distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho.
