The objective of this research work is to find the effect of logistics management of three-star hotels in the San Isidro district, 2019. Regarding the methodology developed. The research began from a basic quantitative approach which has a non-experimental design, with a comparative descriptive scope; Likewise, in order to collect the information, a questionnaire with 20 items was applied. This instrument was applied to a population made up of 102 clients of two three-star hotels in the San Isidro area. The results are observed according to table 6 and figure 2 in relation to logistics management in hotel 1, 49% of the clients surveyed mention that the service offered is of a medium level, 33.3% mention that they have developed a high level experience and 17.6% low level. In the case of hotel 2, 47.1% of the clients have developed a perception of the service considering it at a regular level, this means that in the case of the logistics process in the hotel the product is not being delivered, environment of service or attention at the right time. In conclusion, logistics management includes the planning, implementation and management of the products and services that we provide to our customers in quantity, quality and at the right time. For which there is an effect on the logistics management of three-star hotels in the San Isidro district, 2019, considering a p_value is 0.023 < 0.05.
