The objective of this research work is to define the relationship between the virtual classroom and learning problems from the point of view of the students of the Mariscal Castilla Public Educational Institution of the city of Huancayo, 2022. The methodology was characterized by being quantitative, basic, non-experimental, transversal and correlational. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used to evaluate the virtual classroom and another for learning problems. In addition, the sample was made up of 68 fifth-grade secondary school students. Regarding the main results, the majority of students (72.1%) rated the virtual classroom as inadequate, in addition, 79.4% stated that there is a high level of learning problems. On the other hand, the dimensions pedagogical aspect, technological aspect, interface design, evaluation, management and online orientation had a correlation coefficient of -0.516, -0.490, -0.450, -0.482, -0.493 and -0.500, respectively, with learning problems. Likewise, a correlation coefficient of -0.499 (0.000) was determined between the virtual classroom and learning problems. It was concluded that there is an inverse and significant correlation between the study variables.
