The objective of the developed research was to identify the characteristics of the organizational climate in the administrative area of the health and pharmacy service of the Peruvian Air Force and its components: remuneration, motivation and infrastructure. The period studied corresponds to the year 2019. The developed method considers a quantitative approach of an applied descriptive type. The work design is non-experimental with a transversal or transectional scope. For the collection of relevant information, the sample was made up of all the workers belonging to the administrative area of the health and pharmacy service of the Peruvian Air Force, made up of 42 workers. The instrument used was a questionnaire designed with nine questions and a multiple-choice response scale that were processed using statistical programs. The results of the investigation determined that it is necessary to implement an efficient personnel management policy that enhances the skills and experiences of the workers, managing career lines in accordance with the experience and skills acquired by the personnel. Motivational recognition for civilian and military personnel should be incorporated as part of a scale of recognition for the organization, and in relation to the logistics of supplying office consumables, the need to make the care processes of the health service and pharmacy independent was considered the Peruvian Air Force from the rest of the institutions belonging to the budget statement.
