The main objective of this research work was to determine the level of influence between the Pension 65 National Solidarity Assistance Program and the quality of life of the beneficiaries of the Juan Guerra district, San Martín Province, San Martín region, 2018. With this purpose, the hypothesis was raised which will try to demonstrate that, the influence of the National Solidarity Assistance Program Pension 65 with the quality of life of the beneficiaries of the Juan Guerra district, San Martín province, San Martín region, 2018, is positive. The research work was developed under a quantitative approach, of a correlational descriptive type and non-experimental design, with a cross-sectional cut or scope. The sample consisted of 258 beneficiaries of the Pension 65 National Solidarity Assistance Program from the Juan Guerra district, San Martín province and region. For data and information collection, 2 questionnaires were used to measure both variables; for the variable National Solidarity Assistance Program Pension 65, a 16-item questionnaire was used, which will try to verify the transparency of the program. For the second variable, a 20-item questionnaire will be applied in order to verify the beneficiary's quality of life with respect to the aid received from the program. According to the results, it was evident that there is an inadequate level of transparency regarding the National Solidarity Assistance Program Pension 65 in 63%, as well as a low level of quality of life, represented in 64%. In addition, the significant relationship between both variables was found due to the fact that they present a bilateral level of significance of 0.000 and it is less than the margin of error of 0.05.
