The objective of this research work was to determine the effect of consuming nutritious breakfasts on the learning of Minichef Workshop students at the Robert Letourneau private educational institution. Study framed in the quantitative approach, experimental method and quasi-experimental design with two groups, one experimental and the other a control group, each made up of 15 students. The first group received a nutritious breakfast plan for five days (Monday to Friday) for three months. At the beginning and at the end of the intervention period, the pretest and posttest were applied respectively, previously validated by expert judgment, achieving a value of very good (78%) and reliability through the Cronbach's Alpha test, achieving a value of 0.86. The t-Student statistical test was used to test the hypotheses, concluding that the students who consumed nutritious breakfasts had greater learning in terms of knowledge, formation of attitudes and development of skills compared to the students in the control group who consumed traditional breakfasts, these dissimilarities being statistically relevant (p value < 0.001, 0.001 and < 0.001, respectively).
