Clima organizacional y calidad académica en los docentes de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos – 2018

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar de qué manera se relaciona el Clima Organizacional y Calidad académica en los docentes de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos - 2018. El enfoque de la investigación fue cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo, de diseño no experimental. La población estuvo compuesta por 60 docentes de la Escuela de Militar de Chorrillos, la muestra fue de tipo censal, a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta de 16 preguntas con una escala de cinco categorías de respuestas referida a ambas variables. Este instrumento tuvo una alta confiabilidad de 0.919 Se realizó el análisis correspondiente a los resultados de la encuesta llegando a la demostración empírica de que un 87.7% apoya o considera positivamente los requerimientos de los indicadores y las dimensiones propuestas en el instrumento; esto fue ampliamente corroborado y contrastado empleando el chi cuadrado. Se concluyó que el Clima Organizacional se relaciona significativamente con la calidad académica en los docentes de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos - 2018

The objective of the present investigation was to determine how the Organizational Climate and Academic Quality relates to the teachers of the Military School of Chorrillos - 2018. The research focus was quantitative, applied type, descriptive level, non- experimental design. The population was composed of 60 teachers from the School of Military of Chorrillos, the sample was of census type, to which a questionnaire of 16 questions was applied with a scale of five categories of answers referred to both variables. This instrument had a high reliability of 0.919. The analysis corresponding to the results of the survey was made, arriving at the empirical demonstration that 87.7% positively supports or considers the requirements of the indicators and the dimensions proposed in the instrument; this was widely corroborated and contrasted using the chi square. It was concluded that the Organizational Climate is significantly related to the academic quality in the teachers of the Military School of Chorrillos - 2018
