The overall objective of this work was to determine the direct relationship between the Educational Management and the school performance of the students of the Fifth Year of Secondary Education of the Republic of Venezuela Educational Institution and the private educational institution San Antonio IHM of the city of Callao. The methodology used was the quantitative approach. The type of substantive research of social and natural reality was used and is non-experimental research of correlal cross-section. The results were analyzed on the theoretical basis of the Educational Management variables and school performance and to carry out the hypothesis test the Spearman Rho statistic was used, in the sample assumed it was found that there is a significant relationship between Educational Management and school performance. It is concluded that the ability to exercise effective teaching is one of the keys to being an effective educator and achieving the desired school performance in students; likewise, the full exercise of the other essential elements of pedagogical management has important consequences since the role of the educational center and teachers is of the utmost importance for the development of the self-concept and self-esteem of its students, thus being able to develop their verbal, attention and concentration skills, visomotor coordination and visual organization.
