The objective of this research work was to demonstrate to what extent the Me Expreso Jugando Program develops Oral Expression in 5-year-old students of the Initial Level. The study was carried out at the I.E.P. Señor De La Justicia, in the district of San Juan Lurigancho. The general objective of the research was to determine the influence of the Me Expreso Jugando program on the development of oral expression in 5-year-old children of the Initial Level of the I.E.P. Señor de la Justicia, in the district of San Juan Lurigancho - 2017, for which the theoretical bases of the two variables of the research were investigated: Me Expreso Jugando Program, from a didactic perspective and Oral Expression from a psychopedagogical vision. This research had a quantitative approach, experimental type and quasi-experimental design with pre and post test "I express myself playing." Instruments were used: the checklist applied before and after the experiment to the control and experimental group. The population consisted of 32 students from the initial level and the sample consisted of 15 of them for each group. The results obtained from the data analysis and the contrast of the hypotheses allowed us to conclude that the experimental group obtained a higher performance than the control group in the exit observations. That is to say: The Me Expreso Jugando Program significantly influenced the development of oral expression in 5-year-old students from the Initial Level of the I.E.P. Señor de la Justicia, in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho.
