The objective of this research work was to: Establish the degree of relationship between the work environment and organizational commitment in the Micro Health Network of Pucacaca, for this a work was carried out under a quantitative approach, of a relational type, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The sample was made up of a total of 36 workers from the Pucacaca Microgrid. The instruments that were used to collect the data were the questionnaire and the UWES scale. The results showed that: The Pucacaca Micronetwork has an inadequate level of work environment according to the opinion of 67% of the collaborators. Likewise, there is also a low level of organizational commitment according to 69% of employees. With this, it was concluded that: the research hypothesis is accepted, indicating that the work environment is significantly related to the organizational commitment of the workers of the Pucacaca Micro network, since the significance value was 0.008, being less than margin of error of 0.05, which is why it can be said that the greater the work environment, the greater the organizational commitment.
