The objective of this research work was to determine the incidence of management skills and knowledge management in the organizational learning of Network No. 5, Ventanilla, 2017. The methodology used to carry out this research is based on the quantitative approach. . The research is basic with an explanatory level, given that it is oriented to the knowledge of reality as it is presented in a given space-time situation. The research design is non-experimental, cross-sectional, causal correlational. The population was 320 teachers, the sample was 175 teachers and the sampling was stratified probabilistic; The instruments were validated through expert judgment and their reliability was assessed using Cronbach's Alpha, obtaining highly reliable results from the variables. According to the results, it was determined that the teachers of Network 5 state that the managerial skills 45.7% of those surveyed express that the level is regular. Likewise, 46.9% of those surveyed express that knowledge management is at a regular level and, finally, 44% of those surveyed express that organizational learning indicates that it is regular. He concluded that the Pseudo R squared test, to recognize the level of variability. Of these three statistics, the highest value (Nagelkerke coefficient) is considered in all cases. Likewise, it is evident that organizational learning depends 73.9% on management and knowledge management skills.
