The purpose of this research called learning strategies and learning achievements in communication of high school students of the Educational Institution No. 101 Shuji Kitamura, UGEL 06, Santa Anita, 2018, was to establish the relationship that may be existing between the variables learning strategies and achievement of objectives. Due to the nature of the study, a quantitative approach corresponds to it, with a substantive or basic type of research, with a correlational descriptive design and deductive hypothetical method. The sample was made up of 50 students, to whom the questionnaire on social skills and the questionnaire on learning strategies and questionnaire on learning achievement were applied, for which the survey technique was used. Statistical processing and results showed that: There is a significant relationship between learning strategies, at a total level and by dimensions: information acquisition, information coding, information retrieval and information support, and learning achievements in communication Secondary students of the Educational Institution No. 101 Shuji Kitamura, UGEL 06, Santa Anita, 2018.
