The objective of this research work was the connection between the organizational environment and the professional well-being of educators at the Manuel Gonzales Prada school, located in Huaycán, Ate district, Lima. The research adopted “quantitative methodology”, with a “basic approach” and a “descriptive correlational design”, applying “hypothetico-deductive method” A sample of 30 teachers was selected through a non-random and intentional process. To collect data, two surveys were used: one on the institutional climate and another on job satisfaction. The analysis was carried out with the most recent version of the SPSS statistical software. The results revealed a significant correlation between the institutional environment and job satisfaction. This relationship was manifested both globally and in specific aspects: the perceived importance of tasks, work circumstances, personal and social recognition, and economic incentives. In conclusion, the study confirms that there is a close link between how teachers perceive their work environment and how satisfied they feel in their professional role in this Lima-based I.E.
