The objective of this research work is to analyze the relationship between both study variables and their dimensions: attitudes and perceptions, meaningful use of knowledge, and mental habits. The research used a quantitative approach with a non-experimental design, descriptive correlational level, and applied surveys to a sample of 60 students to obtain data. The results showed moderate positive correlations between technological resources and the learning process (r=0.612), aptitudes and perceptions (r=0.539), meaningful use of knowledge (r=0.526), and mental habits (r=0.535), with significance values lower than 0.01, confirming the statistical relevance of these relationships. In conclusion, the study highlights the significant relationship of technological resources in improving various aspects of learning. The observed positive correlation suggests that greater investment in educational technology is associated with improvements in the learning process, student perceptions and attitudes, the practical application of knowledge, and the development of positive mental habits. These results underscore the importance of strengthening technological resources to optimize the educational environment and foster more effective and contextualized learning.
