This work aims to establish the relationship between techno-stress and teacher performance within the framework of the "I learn at home" strategy in secondary education institutions in the district of Acolla, Jauja - 2020. The methodology is of a quantitative approach, of the type basic, the applied method is scientific, with a correlational, non- experimental and cross-sectional design. The population is 60 teachers from 4 educational institutions in the Acolla de Jauja district, the sample is made up of a non-probabilistic and census. The information gathering technique is the survey made up of 2 evaluation instruments (questionnaire). The results after contrasting the general hypothesis: a Spearman Rho correlation coefficient = 0.942 was obtained, which is interpreted at 99.99% ** the correlation is significant at the bilateral 0.05 level, being interpreted as a very strong positive relationship between the variables, with a p = 0.000 (p <0.05), rejecting the null hypothesis. Therefore, it is concluded that: Techno-stress is directly related to teaching performance, that is, the higher the techno-stress, the lower the teaching performance, in addition, according to the Spearman correlation of 0.942, this represents a very strong positive correlation.
