This research work was established to determine the relationship between inclusive education and teaching performance in public primary educational institutions of the Red 7, Breña, UGEL 03, 2019. It was developed taking a quantitative approach, correlational type with a correlational design, whose sample was 100 teachers from the network in question, two questionnaires were applied to the study units. The inclusive education variable consists of 30 items, and the teaching performance variable with 20 items, using the survey technique, valued with a Likert scale. The normality test was carried out with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistic with the correction of the significance of Lilliefors, determining distribution of non-normal data, therefore, the Spearman Rho statistic was used to test the hypothesis. for non-parametric data, in this case, ordinal by ordinal, at a level of 0.05. Sperarman's correlation coefficient for contrasting the main hypothesis indicated 0.791 **, which belongs to a high, direct and positive correlation range. Likewise, with the almost similar correlation results obtained in the three specific hypotheses, it can be affirmed that there is a significant relationship between inclusive education and teacher performance in the public primary educational institutions of Network 7, Breña, UGEL 03, 2019.
