The research entitled "Management of human talent and organizational commitment of workers of the National University of Callao 2017, whose objective was to determine the relationship between the management of human talent and organizational commitment of workers of the National University of Callao 2017, as a contribution to the analysis, description, explanation and relation of the two variables. The research methodology is based on the quantitative approach. It is a basic, non-experimental, correlational cross-sectional study, where two Likert-type questionnaires validated by expert judgment were used and tested by the Cronbach Alpha coefficient as a tool for collection of data to the perception of workers surveyed. Also, after carrying out the research, applying the instruments and performing statistical processing, the following conclusion was reached: The human talent management (r = 0.678) significantly (p <0.000) with the workers' organizational commitment of the National University of Callao 2017; the hypothesis was tested and it is concluded that the Human talent management is directly and significantly related to the organizational commitment of the workers of the National University of Callao, 2017
