The objective of this research work is to verify the relationship between the evaluation rubric with monitoring - support in teachers of the initial level of NETWORK 6 in UGEL N°1 of the district of San Juan de Miraflores. It was proposed from a positivist paradigm, with a quantitative methodology and the type of research was descriptive correlational, with a non-experimental transectional design, we worked with a sample taking 90 teachers, having 2 measurement instruments, the evaluation rubrics variable and the monitoring and teaching support, both instruments have excellent validity and reliability. Regarding the hypothesis test, having a correlation coefficient Spearman's Rho = 0.707, which is interpreted at 99.99%**. Likewise, assuming that the p value =0.000, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, then: the evaluation rubrics are significantly related to monitoring-accompaniment. It is also observed that the uses of the evaluation rubrics are directly related to monitoring-accompaniment, that is to say that the better the levels of use of the evaluation rubrics, the better the results in the monitoring-accompaniment, furthermore, according to the Spearman correlation of 0.707, they represent a high positive correlation.
