The objective of this research work is to evaluate the quality of the Tutorial System as an influential factor in the level of Academic Motivation in students of the Faculty of Primary Education of the University of Sciences and Humanities. It corresponds to a research with a quantitative approach, of Applied type and non-experimental design: causal explanatory. The population was made up of 413 students from the 2019 school year and the sampling was non-probabilistic and for convenience, made up of 134 students from academic cycles I, II, III, V and VI, night shift. The instruments used were the Academic Tutoring Model (MOTUI) by López (2015) to evaluate the tutorial system and for academic motivation, the CEAP48 Scale, SEMAP-01 subscale by Barca et al. (2005). For the statistical treatment, the non-parametric statistical test Simple Regression was used and it has been shown that the tutorial system at the level of the academic, Personal-social and Professional dimensions affects the academic motivation of the students and at a global level it is evident that the quality of the tutorial system optimizes academic motivation with Pvalue=0.00, p<0.05, the causal relationship is statistically significant.
