The present study aims to determine the association between the organizational climate and the satisfaction of nursing professionals working in the Intensive Care Unit of the Santiago-Apostol Hospital, Amazonas, 2024. The study of quantitative approach, basic type, inductive-deductive method, non-experimental cross-sectional design, descriptive-correlational level, was applied to a sample of 40 professionals and used the questionnaire as an instrument. The results showed that the majority of professionals indicate that the organizational climate is medium level with 57.5%, followed by a high level in 32.5% and low level in 10%, while professional satisfaction is medium level in 65%, followed by a high level in 25% and a low level in 10%, in addition, there is a significant association between the organizational climate with the dimensions of professional satisfaction (p<0.05). It was concluded that there is a significant, high and direct association between the organizational climate and the satisfaction of the nursing professional working in the Intensive Care Unit of the Santiago-Apostol Hospital, Amazonas (p<0.05) and a Pearson correlation of 0.858
